IsraelDefense DroneTech 2023/4 – 22 February, 2024
DroneTech this year was one of the best conferences I’ve been to in a long time.
Noteworthy was VIP / Press entrance. The superb buzz in the air, the tech at the entrance.

Needless to say in a hypothetical world where hypothetical things happen – this is not Styrofoam.

Spoiler alert: Robotic dog coming up!!
For our purposes, I’d like to introduce to you Attis Aviation [https://www.attis-aviation.com/] – a company that does Prototyping – not Styrofoam.

Getting to Know…
In the Hall, IAI performed a very big entrance at the entrance & showcased some crucial UAS –with low-flying capabilities [https://www.iai.co.il/p/heron].
I met a number of companies at the Exhibition, first of which was Airwayz – in a world where technology keeps resources such as oil refineries, crucial transportation and infrastructure safe, and compounds which need upkeep and surveillance is key, Airwayz provides Dynamic UTM for commercial implementation.
Aeronautics [https://aeronautics-sys.com/systems/orbiter-4/] has an unmanned station when I arrived but I managed eventually to get a cube which I can’t get my hands off…where’s it gone? It was here a minute ago…I eventually actually went into the conference hall [scanned lineup] and saw Efrat Matis talk about the new Orbiter 4 and 7.10.2023. The Orbiter apparently has an endurance of up to 24 hours.
“Combat-proven, Orbiter 4, offers excellent multi-mission performance for a variety of ISTAR missions. Incorporating Group 4 ISR capabilities within runway-independent Group 2 logistic footprint. The Orbiter 4 is a long-range Tactical UAS that can carry multiple payloads, with VTOL configuration, and offers long endurance and full redundancy.”

Omnisys [https://www.omnisys.co.il/] – A company which has been around for a long time – was showing off flashing triangles on a screen – keeping track of your resources and calculating mission-critical data in preparation for battle – BRO-Battle Resource Optimization Suite. Performance degradation alerts and action recommendations that maximize mission execution.
EUCLID [https://www.euclid-eng.com/aboutus] – The positioning engineering company with many applications, including RF modules and tracking controllers. Among Euclid’s customers are: RAFAEL, Elbit Systems, IAI, Aeronautics, MOD, Verint, IMC, IDF and Gilat.
LoolTLV [https://www.looltv.com/] – I heard a coffee machine – but where’s the coffee(?) – I went to go see. Eventually after a while the guy turned around and showed me behind his back was a drone in the air – it was an amazing spectacle because it was perfectly not moving –to the point my eye did not ‘catch’ it (the model below is only an example).
Alon Eng. [https://www.alon-eng.com/ ] – I saw a few of the ‘brains’ of some of these huge automotive giants that kill. Their development in my opinion is crucial to Population Control; at a time when military activities need to move to more intimate micro-policing activities.
